Currently a grassy lot in Granite Bay, overlooking a small cluster of quarry ponds, this lot is soon to be something much larger.  The client would like to offer a series of Working Lofts, to be rented and used for a variety of purposes, from a "genteleman's cave", to boat storage, to a home base for a construction company or a small tech business.  Down the tree lined path from the main entrance, is an Event Pavilion.  Situated on the site to overlook the ponds, and having visual privacy from the working lofts, this center can host weddings, receptions, concerts & events; a much needed ammenity in Granite Bay.
